The fact that the airplane wants to go left on the ground and in the air is probably an unfortunate coincidence. The turning tendency during taxi (if it occurs at typical taxiing speed and not during the takeoff run at power) is most likely caused by mis-aligned main gear. It doesn't take very much mis-alignment to make the airplane difficult to keep straight on the ground. Re check that the hubs are as perfectly parallel to each other as you can get them and to the center-line reference of the airframe. The in-flight problem has to be due to mis-rigging. Hopefully, the mis-rigging is in the ailerons, flaps, rudder or all three, because they can be properly adjusted. If the fixed flying surfaces are incorrectly aligned, the problem is more difficult to correct. If properly aligned, the Lancair flys quite straight so you must carefully recheck all control rigging per the construction manuals.
