Can't remember the last time I did this.  Oh yes, it was on my flight test.  
I just use the DME for my missed approach point.  Fortunately, I haven't had
to do an approach where there was not a DME fix for the MAP.

Yes, I know, I'm supposed to start my clock, but I usually forget.
