Re: California sales tax

Beware of counting on "Mr. Perry" to be the final authority on your tax
liability. There will be an auditor working on your account, sooner or later,
and they will put aside his assessment. You will be in the wringer, as they
say.  The sales price of IV-P's and ES's are known to these people, and you
will be taxed on the average sales price at 9.5%.
It would help if you had an audio tape of your conversation with "Mr. Perry."
