Although I didn't star the process with him, I have found that Kirk is very customer oriented and easy to deal with. Overall, I found Lancair to be competitive and reasonable to deal with (even though I made slight design changes about four times). I was in close contact with the Lancair avionics' tech (Michele), which helped me. If you were at Lancair's picnic you might have seen my panel, it was the one closest to the large overhead door.
