I have excerpted the following statement from the EAA Sportair assembly 
workshop info from the Aircraft Spruce website.  It refers to vacuum bagging 
the wing during closeout.  I don't think we do this on the 235/320/360 (do 
we?).  Do you ES and IV guys and gals do this?

Excerpt:  "The main portion of the workshop will be "hands-on" experiencing 
the techniques necessary to assemble the airplane. Saturday morning we will 
begin with an introduction to basic composite construction. You will learn 
how to cut fiberglass, cut and shape foam, and practice basic laminating 
techniques. You will mix resins, make slurries, and other basics.  Saturday 
afternoon you will be taught basic bonding. You will also receive a 
demonstration in vacuum bagging. A small airfoil project will be constructed 
using the bonding techniques required to build the Lancair. You will actually 
bond ribs and close a vacuum bagged skin just as you will do in closing a 
wing on the airplane."
