We've been agonizing over whether to postpone our little fly-in this weekend
due to the weather. We watched weather channel, talked to FSS, consulted
with United Airlines meterology dept (Sue) and American Airlines meterology
dept (me). I'm disappointed to say that Sunday doesn't look like fun
weather. At best it will be cold and windy here in Fredericksburg and at
worst it could be unflyable. We felt that we needed to make the decision
tonight to give everyone who planned to come enough notice. So the bottom
line is:

THE VIRGINIA LANCAIR FLY-IN IS POSTPONED

It's now scheduled for Sunday, October 22. All of the other details remain
the same. For those of you who were planning to come, I hope that you can
reschedule for the 22nd. For those of you who called or emailed and
expressed an interest but couldn't make this Sunday....good news, you've got
another chance.
