Nevada does have a sales tax on aircraft when the seller is a Nevada LLC and the sale takes place in the state. How do I know? I was required to pay it.

Hi there

Two states are well known for no sales tax on aircraft boats and other vehicles.

1. Create a corporation (you can do this yourself)
2. Use Nevada or Delaware
3. Get a registered agent. (About $125/year)
4. Register vehicle in the corp name

Smile all the way to the bank
  TOTALLY LEGAL

Where I live the tax would be 8 5/8%. That buys a lot of free lunches
