Hi Doug,

There were numerous small imperfections on both inner and outer surfaces of my lenses,
now there are none!

The solution for a perfect lense is as follows: Wet sand both surfaces as well as edges
with 600 grit (very useful tip...add several drops of dish washing liquid detergent to
the water and the sanding results will improve significantly...this applies to all wet
sanding). Repeat with 3M 12 micron paper. Repeat with 3M 8 micron paper. Then
polish/buff with Finesse-it II from 3M (part number-05928). This is an extremely fine
polish used to remove 1500 grit or finer scratches. Finally, give the entire lense a
good coat of wax.
