We attended the Lycoming engine school a year or so after the 0-320 H2AD
problems surfaced.  With proper care and using the recommended additive,
I believe the engine is sound.  I would have Lycoming send you the
pertinent instructions and then use the same selection criteria for this
as any other engine.   Earl
