Why would you choose not to install a header tank if given the opportunity.
In 4ZQ, it's an additional 10.5gal and if both transfer pumps crap out, gravity flows fuel
to the mechanical pump at the rate of 13.3/hr with 15º nose high.
That weight forward of the CG is quite beneficial as well.
