Adam,
I use silicone gaskets on my 320 valve covers and, once the cover
screws were tightened to 9 inch pounds (or so), they have remained leak less for
the last 6 years.

I’ve re-tightened the valve cover screws, but the leaks keep coming back,

aftermarket silicone gaskets?
