Terrence,I bought the 3G just for the internal gps. Anyone thinking of using=
 this in a plane needs to buy the 3g so you get the internal gps.I still hav=
e not turned on 3G. I just update from the hangar, home or office on wifi be=
fore I go and I am set. I love how the iPad automatically connects to a wifi=
 that you have connected to manually before.
Press the update button on wingx when on wifi and off you go.
