It definitely has Sectionals, use them all the time, see this link for

The 3G is really valuable when you don't expect it.  In the air, on the 
ramp, in the car, waiting for someone in the lounge, driving directions 
in the car, address finds etc.   It is really cheap for ATT monthly 
access ($15 non subscription) and works well.  I found the internal GPS 
took a few minutes to home in but it is accurate and responsive for 
flying and subsequently did not need the Elf attachment.  I have flown 
with and without Elf.

I think you will be immensely happy with the 3G addition once you use it.
