I agree with Gary. On the IVp side there have been numerous door window failures due to improper drilling of a needed fastener hole through the plexiglass. Personally, I would not buy a Lancair from someone if the window was drilled. Replacing a window is not cheap and easy. Why add to the possibility?

Maybe so, but there is no need to drill the side windows for
installation. There are hundreds of Lancairs that have never had a problem
with side window bonding as per the factories instructions.

Nonsense, drilling Plexiglas is no problem if you know how to
do it and use the right type of bits.

Please don't ever drill plexiglas if you can
avoid it.

Suggestion;
I assume you sanded the
plexiglass to provide some tooth for hysol bonding. 100 or lower grit.
Another idea is drill holes through the plexiglass in the bonding area
to allow hysol squeeze through and mechanical bonding on the back
side. I also incidently applied a two bid fiberglass over
the plexiglass bonding area and about 1/12 inches on the fuselage
sidethus capturing the glass.
Hope this helps out.
