Is there a balance spec for the rotating assemblies of a 4-cylinder Lycoming engine?  I’ve flown behind a few that are smooth enough to make a Mazda engine jealous, however I’ve flown behind other that vibrate enough to make the paint shaker at Home Depot jealous.
