I am flying an early 235 with a MT electric C/S prop.
Check the MT web site regarding your prop TBO and check their list against your prop model number. MT states that their props require overhaul based on either operating hours and/or simply time since last O/H.
I was surprised to find, when I checked their site that, though I only had about 500 hours on my MT prop, I was over a year over their recommended time in service.
If you opt for an overhaul (which I'm sure you will find is recommended) I can speak highly of the MT shop in Florida (no affiliation, just a satisfied customer). Can't say the same for the outfit in Redding, CA.
