Nick….here is the point in my builder's log where I did the seat belts.  The first few pics are when the fuse top was still off and upside down.  Did the same as Bob…figured left side as how it should be as oriented to door, then made it the same on the right side.  I made note of the measurements in the log entry.  There are some add'l pics later on.

 

AMSAFE also….I did get them through Lancair.

I have the rear seat upholstry out of my IV-P and would be happy to send you a photo of the inertia reel installation.  BTW, I found it beneficial to take a belt and suspender
approach using  both seat belts and inertia reel.
