I attach some photos of the mod I used for the power tow 40EZ
I got a brackett tow bar from spruce (4000 pound capacity) and basically welded a cross piece to the front of the 40ez. I attached one side of the tow bar to stay, and let the other side pivot to allow opening. I had used the tow pins originally, but found them a bit too fragile. I drilled and reamed the inner hole to accomodate the bolt in the axle as shown. So far so good. I do have to be a little careful that it does not mangle my landing light See u later
