That’s interesting Craig as I do have enough headroom, I guess your seats must have a thick cushion. I am 6.3' and have more headroom in my IV-P than in my old velocity. I will try the old X models in my next flights to see if this doesn't have the same issue.
I don't have the A20's, but I have the A10's. The hinge at the top of the A10's (A20's are the same) headband has been a problem in my IV-P due to minimal headroom.
I have pounded the overhead console on many occasion in light to moderate turbulence. Yesterday, I traded for Zulu 2's. One of the reasons was the increased headroom I get with the design.

Hello guys
Today I was training again (with Bob Jeffrey) with my new 4p and noticed that I had a lot of static noise in my new Bose headset (the new X), and was wondering if you had the same? (I have an old Bose also and this one works ok).
We played with the pressurization and we noticed that it did react on it.…..anybody having the same ?
Thanks — Ronald
Ps Lancair 4p, 7 hours and counting, using 3 different CFII's lol ;)~
