I was flying my ass off LOL I had 3 CFII's to work with, it was a superb experience. And after 3 troubled free flights we decided to go home with my new bird. Well, I am back in Florida with my new plane (n45HL, see http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N45HL) and the flight was long LOL But we encountered a real emergency, it started because of the AC quit on take off (it is getting too hot, so we have to fix this) and my windows got a bit fogged up at level 210 (and yes I was with a very competent pilot, he flew F15, and is still an active South West Airlines Captain and owes a RV7= ) .=8A.so cleaning the window with a paper towel I accidentally switch off the door seal. He talked to ATC, and after I explained him what happened we were u= p with the pressurization again and could climb again back to level 230. Hello guys

I spend 10 days in Redmond/OR debugging and getting the plane squawk= free as possible, Fibercraft (Matthew Collier) were absolutely the best sho= p I ever worked with, true professionals, clean shop, organized, really impr= essive.
I was flying my ass off LOL I had 3 CFII's to work with, i= t was a superb experience. And after 3 troubled free flights we decided to g= o home with my new bird.

Well, I am back in Florida= with my new plane (n45HL, see http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N45HL) and the fl= ight was long LOL

But we encountered a real emer= gency, it started because of the AC quit on take off (it is getting too = hot, so we have to fix this) and my windows got a bit fogged up at level 210= (and yes I was with a very competent pilot, he flew F15, and is still an ac= tive South West Airlines Captain and owes a RV7) .….so cleaning the= window with a paper towel I accidentally switch off the door seal.

Well I was prepared to fly at the higher level (I had m= y mask plugged in and only needed to open the bottle) and my co-pilot pushed= the plane over to go lower. He talked to ATC,  and after I explained h= im what happened we were up with the pressurization again and could climb ag= ain back to level 230.

This was a GREAT expe= rience, no kidding, it wasn't that bad as I thought it would be, just be pre= pared mentally. But…the first thing on my agenda is of course replacin= g this switch with a switch that cannot be switched that easily.
