We're looking for the best gauge of stainless steel to make that with. I have some that may be a little too thin and we found some that was about 1/16th of an inch - probably too stiff to work with and unnecessary weight gain. Anyone have a suggestion on ideal gauge or thickness for these and best source? Thanks again. We’re looking for the best gauge of stainless = steel to make that with.  I have some that may be a little too thin = and we found some that was about 1/16th of an inch – = probably too stiff to work with and unnecessary weight = gain.

Anyone have a suggestion on ideal gauge or thickness = for these and best source?

Thanks = again.
