Epoxy white will yellow, even underneath.  I would use white polyurethane
topcoat, over epoxy primer.

We are getting ready to paint the wheel wells on our Legacy.  Any  
suggestions on what to use?  The manual says to just use fuel tank  
sealer. Any reason not to use that?
