Any Arizonans out there who can enlighten me about aircraft taxes in Arizo=
na?  According to my web research, experimentals and homebuilts pay an ann=
ual $20 registration fee.  I did not see anything about sales tax. =20

My Lancair is not finished -- there is no registration certificate, no air=
worthiness certificate, merely a collection of items that is beginning to=
 resemble an aircraft.  Before I do something stupid like call the state=
 of Arizona and say "this is my name and address and my unfinished Lancair=
 is in a hangar at this airport, do I owe you any money?" I'd like to find=
 out what the true story is...
