6th Annual Lancair Fly In to the Napa/Solano California Wine Country is coming up the weekend of October 9-11. Training is being conducted at KVCB by HPAT, but the fly in and social activities are open to all Lancair pilots,  significant others and builders. The Gainzas are hosting a dinner and wine tasting Saturday night ($50pp), and the Nut Tree airport is having a the Travis Air Museum's "Mustang Days" P51 fly in on Saturday, October 9. San Francisco is hosting fleet week that weekend with Saturday and Sunday afternoon performances by the Navy Blue Angels and many ship tours. We are also coordinating a tour to the Castello di Amorosa in Calistoga Saturday afternoon ($31pp). We have blocks at local hotels with room rates from $89 per night with breakfast.
