Two of my batteries are coming up on two years old; the other pair are coming up on four years, and I'd planned to replace them during the condition inspection next month. I have a battery charger but use=20 it infrequently.  I've read that the Odyssey battery chargers = are=20 ideal for their batteries but they do not make a 24v version.  = Perhaps your=20 battery tender is a better option.
