After 350 hours, I don't think this is an issue at all. My trim speed (stock Ray Allen) is just fine. I do have to flick the switch to adjust in-flight, but I can get it trimmed hands-off with no bother. I think it's just right. Trim adjustments in the landing configuration is fine too. It's all instinctive as I don't even think about it.
