This was on EAA's E-hotline Friday, August 14.  If we want a better arrival,
I suggest many of us give the feedback by completing the survey.  However,
this year the NOTAM stated that if you were unable to maintain 130 knots (I
believe that was the figure), then to use the Warbird/Turbine arrival.  So
that should have sufficed for permission for anyone with higher speeds to
use it.  However, real change will only come if we ask for it.  Claudette Colwell
