Any recommendations for wingroot gap seals for the IV???

A name or other identification would help… but to answer the question, I used clear silicone caulk with excellent results. Run a strip of good masking tape on each side of the gap, fill it well, then strip off the masking tape after the silicone has “skimmed over.” I did this a year ago for my IV-P and after 250 hours, it looks the same as when I installed it. No peeling or separation at all. Of course you should clean the application area thoroughly before applying the silicone.
