If the lawsuit is for the Grand Canyon
crash, the builder of that plane died of cancer shortly after he finished phase
I testing, before he had the paint and interior done. The plane (which was
built in the same builder assist shop where I built my ES) was sold by his
estate, so they must be going after the poor guy's wife. Since the
accident was the result of a spin, I don't know how a court could find the
builder responsible.
