The problem is not the air coming in. There is more than enough air . From our extensive research, the problem is where it does and doesn't go.

We decided that the main issue was cooling of cylinders 2 & 4 on the left side with 4 being the hottest. The reason was probably the fhe governer blocking airflow and engine air being drawn through the filter. I have had one 20 min test flight and CHT's have dropped from 415 F to 380 F for number 4 in cruise. I will have a 3 hiur flight tomorrow at higher level and see how she goes.
