I had mine done today at Victory Aero. They have the correct tool to do this mentioned in the SID as a Model 20 Porta Test unit. It took about an hour and was pretty simple. I thought I'd let you know this is a good shop run by a honest guy. He balanced my prop last year and is highly regarded at RHV, so I can recommend him completely.
