To All,
We are pleased
to confirm the fourth annual Napa Valley/Solano County Lancair Fly In and
Recurrent Training Weekend. This year, the event will be Friday, October 17
to Sunday, October 19. The training activities will be headquartered
east of Napa at Vacaville (Nut Tree) airport (KVCB). We have confirmed HPAT
will offer their one day ground school on Saturday, October 18.
We hope to offer some or all of the extra events we have held in past years,
such as the wine tasting trip, the GPS/EFIS seminars, and the Saturday night
dinner. We are currently taking reservations for the weekend as some of the
events will be limited to the first to sign up.
In July, HPAT
will begin taking registrations with a nonrefundable deposit for the ground
school and any flight training before, during and after this weekend. If you
wish to attend and be on our emailing list, please contact Sandy Gainza at
sgza@hotmail.com. She will keep you informed about the schedule. We are very
excited to see old friends and meet new ones this October. It is a great
time in Northern California, less crowded and better weather, so please
consider spending the weekend with us. We will publish a list of convenient
hotels and FBO information to our emailing list later this week.
