If the hydraulic system is heated after retraction, pressure will rise.  I generally see this during descents from colder to warmer air, although 2,000 psi is rather exceptional as it requires a more sizable temperature difference.  If you are seeing this 10 minutes after departure, perhaps your nose gear cylinders are seeing more heat coming through from the engine compartment than is typical.  Once temperatures stabilize, everything should again remain constant, as you see after cycling the gear.
