A while back I got a deal on some Meguiars plexi polish/cleaner.
The stuff comes in a white bottle with blue print. $5-6 dollars for a bottle.
It works beautifully. Use a microfiber towel and lightly wipe front to back.
For bugs, wet up another microfiber towel  and wet them gently until they are soft..
