Ok, so who knows how these things fly, if they fly when it comes unlatched while in flight or in this case, appears to be unlatched prior to takeoff.... Darn, I feel for the family, but we all need to learn from mistakes and it appears that "5 alive" wasn't done in this case prior to takeoff :(....
