Ok I tried the recommended technique of cracking the dump valve before turning off the master after todays flight.
All that happened is I got 500 PSI reading on the UP SIDE.
I thought the idea was to remove pressure from the high side to avoid the "gear won't come up" problem.
Can someone please explain...after all I am Irish..and perhaps predisposed to confusion.
