RE: torque specs for wing spar bolts on Legacy.

On page 5-2 of the Legacy Manual, rev 4/09-30-06:
Torque the wing bolt to 40ft./lb.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the two wing spar bolts on the Legacy? The book is silent on the issue. If no torque specs, what did you use to determine, “tight enough”?
