Hi from down under again , just a quick question .One of the members in
our group saw a couple of IV-P's with the extended winglets , what
intrigued him the most was the way in which the coutersunk screws were
mounted they appeared to be recessed into a metal receptacle of some sort ,
not the average tinnerman type of washer . If any one out there knows about
this sort of installation it would be great if you could let us know .
