It is my understanding that the 0320 will not fit the 235 cowling. At one time Don Goetz was selling a cowl for the 235 that was designed for the 320 engine. You might consider using the 0290 engine. The D2 puts out 140 HP for takeoff and 135 HP continuous max. I have raised the compression from 7.5 to 1 to 8.5 to 1 and am using an MT 3 bladed prop. With this combination, the CG works and performance is pretty equal to a Lancair 320.
