If I had to do it again, I would only put the heavy type material on the floor only. I covered all the inside cabin surfaces, spent a bundle of money, added probobly 30 pds of weight, spent and extra 2 weeks, and gained very, very little.The 320 is so "leaky" that there is no possible way to keep the noise down. I live with a very good noise cancelling headset and chalk up the rest to the learning experience. Also fiberglass is a very good heat insulator but a very poor sound-proofer. I had that demonstrated to me by a thoughtful fiberglass dealer when I built my house.
