What is the maximum throw of the pilot/copilot crossovertube at full aileron deflection? Unless I've overlooked it, this dimension is not to be found in the construction manuals. With the roll servo pushrod connected to the capstan at one end and the crossover tube saddle at the other end, how many degrees left or right of top dead center does the roll servo capstan rotate with full aileron deflection? It looks as though rotation beyond the 10 oclock - 2 oclock position (approx), could result in control linkage lockup. There is a limit stop attached to the roll servo brackets but it is at the 9 oclock - 3 oclock position and at these extreme deflections, the control linkage does lock up. BTW, I have not yet connected the linkage between the aileron bellcranks and the ailerons themselves so have not yet set aileron travel. If full aileron deflection results in control stick crossover tube travel of about an inch or so max in either direction, then all will be ok. Thanks for your help.
