I occasionally use a propane salamander heater in my hangar. It is backed into a hole in the wall so as to be a once through system.
 
I estimate the O2 depletion is equivalent to a 1500 – 2000’ altitude increase.
 
No problems with condensation or corrosion.
 
When the fuel evaporates down to the bottom, the dregs generate some eye watering, time for a fresh tank.
