I recently upgraded to a relational database for my offline management of everyone's subscription info. As of this morning both the online subscription records and my offline database match. I did this because occasionally the listserver would unceremoniously drop various email addresses and it would cause those people to stop receiving their regular daily dose of the LML. Hopefully now that I have an easily accessible record count in both places it'll be a little simpler to keep track of when the 2 go out of synch. JIC I don't notice a difference in the record numbers, though, (I don't always check the subscription info on a daily basis) and you should happen to go more than a day or two without receiving your regular LML postings, please contact me immediately via private email to let me know that something's gone wrong. It will really speed up the process of locating the divergence in the two databases and allow me to get you back online much quicker. For the record, the LML has been in existence for about 22-1/2 months now, and in all that time there hasn't been a single day go by that it didn't have at least one LML post to send out to the membership. What this says is that the first day you don't receive an LML posting is a harbinger of bad news, that being that your subscription info was probably dropped. Catching it early will result in the most prompt attention to the problem and we should have you back online the next day. Sometimes you might not receive your LML mail and think that you've been dropped, but when I look into the situation we may find that there's something else going on... for example, a failure of your ISP to deliver your mail, or a failure somehwere else along the line in the mail routing. Once again, the sooner we attack the problem, the sooner we'll come to a resolution that will restore your daily flow of the LML. I'm just trying to help out here and ask that you keep these few things in mind. Feel free to contact me at any time you may feel there is a problem with your subscription... even if the solution is less than perfect there is always something that can be done to keep you in touch with the LML. In the meantime... KEEP THOSE POSTS COMING!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/Users/Mkaye/maillist.html Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
