You can specify an ungodly amount of switching in just about any configuration, and they will arrive all pre-wired. Good quality, solid feel. I don't have any way to compare them to the MAC G5 grips, but compared to everything else I've ever grabbed ahold of (55 aircraft types over 22 years) I like them a lot.
