Scary photos.  Some of the cracks have been there a long time showing that they went undetected for several inspections.

For this reason, I am a strong advocate of WHITE engine mounts.  Take your engine mount to a powder coater and have then sand blast and then powder coat the mount brilliant white.  You will have a much greater chance of detecting cracks early on.

Learn to tolerate dirt on white.  The safety benefits outweigh the aesthetic considerations.
