Bill,
the issue there was that
Columbia's have a wire mesh in the wing for static dissipation. the
short involved that wire mesh. Current columbia installations
have a workaround I believe. You can contact RDD for further
information.
That said, if you are building a
plane from scratch you might want to consider putting the wire mesh
in.
