Hey....stop laughing...I'm serious.

Thinking back, all the "radio" problems that I have had were actually
antenna problems. Since it is impossible to place the antenna so it has a
uniform radiation pattern, invariably you get in a situation when the remote
station in is an RF shadow. Whenever I "try COM 2" I am really trying
antenna two.

The lowbuck solution would be to use a SPDT coax switch, one COM radio and
two antennas.

Better, cheaper, faster.....heck I could be one a dem NASAr fellers.
