I am in the process of installing the winglets on my IV. The
manual calls for a 3/16" toe in incidence. I recall Gary Burns
mentioning earlier that he set his to a 3 degree toe out in order
to reduce stall speed to 61 Kts. Where have other builders set
their incidence? How does different incidence effect flight
characteristics?
