Hi

Please help!!

I'm closing the elevator and don't understand the reason for the shims below
the trailing edge. The plan say to get the front edge flat against the
table. This I understand that they want the edge where the hinge's go to be
flat. But will this shim not cause the elevator to be bend. Also they don't
say how far in you must slide the shims.
