Several years ago I commented on this on the LML.  I noticed that the hoses for the nose gear cylinder (LNC2) are looped at a QUITE small radius, which seemed beyond a reasonable bend radius for the lancair supplied super stiff hoses with user installed fittings. 
 
I had www.aircrafthose.com  make up a set of teflon custom length hoses that are very flexible and have a much smaller bend radius to replace all of my hydraulic hoses.
